Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, operated by Benn Bluestein-Veyra, doing business as Veyra Chemistry Consulting (an ExaVeyra Sciences affiliate, referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Nature of the website

This site is an informational and lead-intake tool. Content describes consulting services we may offer and does not, on its own, constitute a consulting engagement, professional advice, or a binding offer. Submission of an inquiry does not create a consultant-client relationship; that relationship is formed only after a separate written engagement agreement is signed by both parties.

No professional, scientific, medical, or legal advice

Information on this site is general in nature. Nothing here is intended to be, and should not be relied on as, regulatory, medical, legal, or engineering advice. Decisions affecting health, safety, manufacturing, compliance, or commerce should be reviewed with qualified professionals engaged directly for that purpose.

Consultation requests

You agree that information submitted through the intake form is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share it. You agree that we may contact you at the email address or phone number you provide in response to your inquiry, including via transactional emails and follow-up communications related to your request.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its accounts, or underlying infrastructure
• Interfere with site availability or security (including DoS attempts)
• Use the site to solicit, harass, or engage in unlawful conduct toward any person
• Use automated tools or scrapers to collect content or submit form data
• Request or commission any activity that violates applicable pharmaceutical, controlled substance, export control, or environmental laws

Intellectual property

All site content, including text, graphics, the benzene-ring mark, page layouts, and underlying code, is owned by Benn Bluestein-Veyra or ExaVeyra Sciences and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view, share, and reference public pages in the ordinary course of evaluating our services, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site uses third-party providers (Supabase, Resend, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Calendar, Vercel) and may link to external resources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, performance, or policies. Use of third-party links is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

This limitation does not apply to obligations under a separately signed consulting engagement agreement, which is governed by that agreement’s own terms.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Benn Bluestein-Veyra, Veyra Chemistry Consulting, ExaVeyra Sciences, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
