When you submit the consultation intake form, we collect:
- Your full name and business name
- Your email address and (optionally) phone number
- The services, timeline, and budget range you select
- Any project details you choose to share in the message field
- If you opt in, a password used to create an account to track your inquiry
We also collect limited technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed, to operate the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations
- Send transactional emails confirming receipt and follow-up
- Maintain a record of client engagements
- Detect and prevent fraudulent or automated submissions
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
This site relies on the following service providers:
- Supabase stores inquiry submissions and optional account credentials in secure, access-controlled databases.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 distinguishes legitimate visitors from automated bots. Use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Resend delivers transactional email confirmations and team notifications.
- Google Calendar / Appointment Schedulingmay be used to book consultation slots. Calendar interactions are governed by Google’s privacy terms.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides edge networking, analytics, and DDoS protection.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses essential cookies required for security and reCAPTCHA risk scoring. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers, cross-site analytics pixels, or behavioral remarketing tools.
Data retention
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to provide consulting services, satisfy our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below; we will honor verifiable requests except where law requires us to retain records.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise these rights, email us at consulting@exaveyra.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, row-level security policies on user-facing tables, and limited administrative access. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law.
Children
This site is intended for business professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International users
